INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: 35 YEARS
Sean commenced his Financial Services career in Australia in 1987, having served four years with the British Army and the United Nations. He has since held a number of senior management roles in corporate finance and strategy with Elders Finance Group and with Optus and Telstra. He has been a Director of a private investment and business advisory company since 1993.
Sean has experienced all market cycles from the crash of 1987 and is a highly regarded investment professional and adviser.
He holds a BA (Hons) and a MBA (AGSM) as well as an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (ADFP). He is a member of the Association of Independently Owned Financial Professionals and is a Certified Financial Strategist. He was awarded the Australian Financial Review prize by the Securities Industry of Australia.

Patrick Crammond

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: 33 YEARS
Patrick commenced his Financial Services career in Japan in 1987, as an equity research analyst. Upon completing his MBA in 1992 he joined BZW holding various investment banking roles in London and Hong Kong over a ten year period.
Patrick returned to Sydney in 2004 to join Merrill Lynch equity capital markets. In 2005, he established Pentacle Property Funds in conjunction with the Salta Property Group. This was the first of a number of private ventures both as principal investor and adviser. He has extensive experience in equity and property funds management and advice.
Patrick holds a BCom (UNSW) and an MBA (AGSM). He also sits on a number of private company boards.
Patrick is a shareholder of Southern Cross Financial Advisers.
